Echostar slowly padded to the gathering, and leaped lightly onto the Great Stone. She sat tall, and began to speak, "This is SilverClan's first gathering!" She then sat down, and waited for clans to gather. ~Echostar of SilverClan

(I'll probably end up commenting later because I have to go! I'll come back ASAP!!!)
(Oh, sure! A little of a random place to bring it up lol)
Dovepaw and Robinpaw huddled together, cold wind blowing right through them. "Shesh, we wouldn't be this cold if more CLans were here" Dovepaw muttered flatly.
Froststar's ivory pelt became visible as she courted the underbrush. With effort and a heave, Froststar leapt onto Great Stone. WoodClan followed close behind, Streakclaw leading his clanmates.
The bushes trembled lightly as SleetClan burst into the clearing. They padded close together and found a place to sit down. There weren't many cats, but they didn't seem to mind the large numbers in other Clans. Mintstar pounced onto the Great Stone and padded to the lip. She dipped her head in greeting, snow flowing onto her muzzle as she did so. "SleetClan has arrived." She meowed happily. She whipped around to greet the leaders. "Hello Echostar, Dawnstar, and Froststar." She meowed kindly.
As frigid as the wind, Froststar responded, "Welcome." She turned head and directed a look to WoodClan. "WoodClan has as well arrived." She dipped her head to her clanmates.
"Welcome!" Dawnstar mewed warmly. "How have your Clans fared? Oh, wait...well, I guess the answer to that will always be 'As strong as ever'" she laughed.
Mintstar let out a 'mrrow' of laughter at Dawnstar's comment. "I suppose that would be most likely." She meowed, amused. "I will admit that prey isn't running like it did early leaf-fall." She frowned at this and her eyes gazed over to her Clan.
(Just FYI everyone, I've been quite busy with Christmas plans recently. Same rules as last time, and enjoy the Gathering the way it is for now... At the start of the new year, things are changing. *Wink*)
Mistflower of RoseClan gazed over at WoodClan and thoughts flooded in her head. *What are their skills? How do they fight? Are they strong and brave or scared and pathetic?* She tried to get information by watching their leader, but she only tired herself. She gazed over at SleetClan and observed their posture. They stood tall with sleek fur and broad shoulders. Some of them were skinny, but others were larger. *What am I doing?* She questioned herself. *I should be listening to the leaders.*
"Same as in RoseClan. Many of my cats stayed behind for extra hunting patrols" Dawnstar replied to the SleetClan leader.
"And a strange cat has shown up in our Clan. First he was brought as a tresspasser, but now he wants to join" she added, smiling. "Strange, but brave and nice"
Mintstar nodded in agreement with Dawnstar. "Clans need every cat they can get." She added mildly, thinking of certain cat she had wanted to come in the Clan. "But for now we must live with what he have and pray to StarClan that our desires become reality." She glanced at the moon which was shining brightly down on the Clans. A short burst of wind rustled her pelt and sent a chill up her spine. She could feel the presence of another animal and she wondered if it was StarClan watching down on them.
Speedstar nodded in agreement, and padded up onto the Great Stone. "If you don't mind, I'll speak next." she began. "I'm sorry for missing the last gathering, as I had just given birth to three wonderful kits: Tigerkit, Honeykit, and Flowkit." she meowed. "SpeedClan is coping well so far - although Lilypetal was attacked by a fox. She is here tonight and is all better." Speedstar pointed her tail towards Lilypetal, and stepped back.
(Ugh, I am being forced off the computer, but I'm crossing my fingers that in like and hour or two I'll be able to come back...have a nice gathering everyone! And umm, Brooke, if absolutely necessary, you can RP Dawnstar for short periods of time if you need ;) )
Mintstar dipped her head for Speedstar to speak and stepped back, pushing snow off the tip of part of the stone. It fell down and made a loud "splunch" when it hit the ground. When Speedstar finished, her eyes flickered to Lilypetal and dipped her head with sympathy. "Congratulations on your kits." She meowed kindly to the leader.
She dipped her head and moved to the tip of the stone, careful not to slip on its icy peak. "SleetClan is doing well," She began. "Though snow is falling thick, we have managed to get enough feathers from prey to keep the nests warmer. We have new apprentices and warriors, and no other Clans have crossed our borders. On a sadder note, we are still morning over the death of our brave warrior, Larkheart." She lowered her head in respect for her lost warrior and thoughts filled her head about how terrible Cardinalflower felt when she watched her friend die.
Dustwing blinked as she stared around at all of the other cats. There were so many! It was certainly a surprise that so many cats all came together in peace. ~Dustwing of SpeedClan
Maplefrost was a little ashamed of herself, hiding in the undergrowth at the edge of the clearing, but not so. She had stole away from the BreezeClan camp to see exactly what and where the Gathering was- she had definitely gotten a surprise when she realized it was here! It brought back memories of Willow... but the giddy kit was gone now... ~Maplefrost of BreezeClan
"Would you mind if I spoke?" Froststar, the WoodClan leader, inquired. "WoodClan is doing perfectly fine, although Goldenash our deputy has deceased." She extended her tail towards a orange tabby. "Streakclaw has taken her position."
Duskstar leapt up onto the Great Stone. "Greetings to all. BrambleClan is faring well, besides the fact that our deputy, Birchfur, died recently. Windpaw, a BrambleClan apprentice, is still ill, but no other signs of fever or cough have erupted."
Mintstar watched the Clans' meows slowly die down and waited until she could speak. "There is no doubt that death is lingering in the air for all of our Clans. Leaf-bare is bound to cause more trouble than we need. I believe that it is these reasons and these reasons alone," She gave a bold stare to the other leaders and continued. "That we have to find our allies, and..." She glanced at all of the Clans with narrowed eyes. "Our enemies." She knew it might sound threatening, but she had to protect her Clan no matter what other cats thought.
Mistflower let a his growl slip from her tongue as Mintstar spoke of enemies. *We could tare your Clan apart any time we wanted.* She thought coldly, glaring at the SleetClan leader. *Perhaps we *should* be your enemies.*
"My, my, there is speak of separating allies from enemies. I'd rather think of all the clans beside my own as potential enemies," Froststar shut her emerald eyes. Streakclaw smirked from his position below Great Stone.
(Sry I was busy with hockey yesterday, and when I was going to comment I had to get off!!! :( )
Echostar sighed, she looked around. Were there really this much clans...? I thought there were more... she told herself. "SilverClan is suffering because someone is stealing the prey" She stepped back, ashamed. She promised herself and her clan to stay strong, BUT THE OTHER CLANS NEEDED TO KNOW! Echostar then realized some of her ribs were visible. ~Echostar of SilverClan
Tigerclaws whiskers twitched irritated, she promised to not tell anyone! ~Tigerclaw, Warrior of SilverClan
"Stealing food? Well to be completely honest with you, it is quite visible," Froststar commented, staring at Echostar. "Perhaps you could relieve WoodClan from the suspect list, as we are plenty fine without another clan's prey. And we are not that lowly to steal prey, as well." Froststar indicated, her tail pointed towards WoodClan.
Echostar nodded slowly, "Okay" Echostar looked at WoodClan. She shook her head no, she didn't even begin to suspect them, she always thought it was a cat wandering in SilverClan territory or even a cat of SilverClan. ~Echostar of SilverClan
"THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT SCREAMING BUDDY!!!" Robinclaw smiled at Sparrowflash.
"Of course!! Y'know, help a friend in need or whatever!!!"
"WHOOO!!!"
Duskstar winced. She was visibly irked. "-stolen any of your prey. But of course, you already know that, because of those to mouse-brains in the front row."
Mintstar flickered her eyes from Robinclaw to Sparrowflash and whipped her head to Duskstar. "Would you mind restraining your..." She glanced back to the two yelling cats. "Kits?" Mistflower peered over to the two and mumbled words of anger to herself.
Mistflower rolled her eyes at the BrambleClan warriors and scraped the ground beneath her claws. She searched around for a Clanmate to talk to, but they were too intent on the conversation.
Froststar narrowed her viridian eyes once she had discerned the BrambleClan warriors as the ones owning the bothersome voices. "It seems Duskstar cannot handle her bunch of fools. What a shame, eh Duskstar?"
The ivory she-cat cocked her petite head. "Too bad that you will not be getting any assistance from me. Ah, I almost forgot, I must stay refined. It would be arrogant for a leader to act like such, correct?"
Sparrowflash and Robinclaw looked up at her, grinning like innocent kits.
"I hope you two realize we are at a gathering at this moment." Her green eyes were a flaming fire. "If you don't want to die, then I advise you to close your mouths. Thank you," Duskstar said through gritted teeth.
"WAHHH!!!!" Robinclaw and Sparrowflash cried.
"Stop. Now. Or do you want-" Duskstar was interrupted.
"Anything but that! I'll stop talking now..." Sparrowflash meowed.
Robinclaw looked up at his leader with teary, blue eyes.
Mintstar gave an amused look at the two warriors and turned back to the leaders, her eyes wide with interest. "Do you see something in those bushes?" She meowed just loud enough for the leaders to hear. "I think something's watching us..."
Dawnstar narrowed her eyes towards the bush and realized something was in it. "RoseClan must depart now." She meowed truthfully, making her way down the stone. "But good luck with... well... with whatever that is." She pounced off the stone and headed back into the woods. "RoseClan-come!" She called her Clan. They trotted after her and soon there were only pawprints where they had stood.
Echostar nodded at Dawnstar, "SilverClan shall be going now" She jumped off the stone, and beckoned her tail for her clan to follow ~Echostar of SilverClan
Mintstar nodded and called her Clan as she pounced off of the rock. "It was a nice Gathering, but my Clan needs us." Their pelts disappeared into the forest.
